- Utility name, municipal electric community status, and message content
- Utility bills or contracts you choose to send
- Basic technical data from hosting/CDN logs (IP, browser, pages viewed)
How we use it
- To respond to your review request and provide servicing
- To contact you about gas and power options relevant to your account
- To operate, secure, and improve this website
We never sell your information.
Sharing
We share information with service providers who help us run email, texting, hosting, or CRM tools; with energy providers quoting your account, when you authorize it; and when required by law. We don't share it with anyone else.
Bills you send by text, by upload, or by email to [email protected] are handled the same way. We use bills to review your account and options, nothing else. We don't sell them, and we share them only as described above.
Retention & security
Access to your bills is limited to our team and the service providers we use for email, texting and our website. They're stored in password-protected accounts.
We keep bills only as long as needed for servicing, and you can ask us to delete them. We retain other inquiry and account-related information as needed for servicing and legal obligations.
Regular text and email aren’t encrypted end to end. If you’d rather not text or email your bill, call 937-421-4122 and we’ll arrange another way. No method of transmission is 100% secure; we take reasonable steps to protect what you send.
Your choices
Email [email protected] or call 937-421-4122 to update or request deletion of your bills or contact details we hold, subject to legal retention needs. Or text 937-421-8100.
Text messages
We send texts only to people who have agreed to receive them, such as by texting us first at 937-421-8100. Agreeing to texts isn't required to do business with us. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
We don't sell, rent, or share mobile numbers with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and we don't share text opt-in data or consent with any third party, except the texting provider that delivers our messages.
