Why we ask for every page
Send every page. We go over your bill with you line by line, including what you can’t see in the tariff. Each customer class has a set delivery rate, so we can check whether every charge belongs, catch pass-throughs and mistakes, and send you a detailed report.
Municipal electric utilities
In Ohio, we cannot service municipalities that have their own electric utility. Outside those towns, we help with commercial gas and electric where Ohio choice applies. Send the bill — we’ll tell you straight.
